speak up

Colorbüs is very committed to the quality of its tourism activity. We carefully collect and analyse all the feedback from our travellers in order to constantly improve the tours we offer.

  • I liked the places visited. Buying the tickets was quite easy. What I didn’t like? I forgot my umbrella in the bus, but it was not reported to tickets office or the driver. But this talks about the customers, not the people at Colorbüs…

  • I love hop on hop off bus tours! We usually go all the way around as an overview. Then we decide where we want to go back to learn more about that area. Definitely worth the cost. Usually like a 2 or 3 day pass but we were only in Marseille 1 1/2 days.

  • Highly recommended. The only drawback was the change of route due to renovation of the Port Vieux. Some of the stops were not in use.

  • I loved the tour. It was expertly narrated, very informative. I however found that it was not very accessible for getting off at a stop, if you were unfamiliar with the tour itself. Other than that we had a very good time and enjoyed ourselves quite a bit. I would recommend this to others.
