DO YOU OFFER SPECIAL RATES FOR CHILDREN?

Children under 3 years of age travel free of charge and are invited to sit on the lap of their parents.

A child fare of €8 applies to children aged 4 to 13 inclusive.

DO YOU OFFER SPECIAL RATES FOR OLDER PEOPLE?

Yes, we offer a reduced rate for seniors of 15€ instead of 17€.

DO YOU OFFER DEDICATED RATES FOR STUDENTS?

No, there are no reduced rates for students.

DO YOU OFFER DEDICATED TARIFFS FOR THE DISABLED?

Yes, we offer a reduced rate of 15€ instead of 17€ (upon presentation of your disability card).

IS WIFI AVAILABLE ON THE BUSES?

Wi-Fi is available and free of charge on buses displaying the Wi-Fi logo.

ARE THE BUSES WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

4 of our buses are wheelchair accessible and are equipped with driver controlled ramps. The ramps are located at the double doors in the middle of the bus, we recommend that you inform the driver of your presence so that he can deploy the ramp and assist you, whatever your needs.

HOW LONG DOES THE COLORBÜS VISIT LAST?

Without getting off the bus, the panoramic bus tour takes about 1h15 min.

HOW LONG IS MY COLORPASS VALID?

Your ColorPass is valid for one or two consecutive days, depending on the option you have chosen.

The ticket is valid from its first use and for an unlimited number of times until the specified validity period has expired. 2-day ColorPasses must be used within a few days of the first use.

WHAT ARE THE VISITING TIMES? HOW OFTEN DO THE BUSES RUN?

The first departure of our tourist buses is at 10 am and the last departure is at 5 pm.
Our buses leave approximately every 30 to 45 minutes.

The frequency and times of departure may change from day to day.
Please ask our receptionists or drivers on the day of your visit.

WHAT LANGUAGES ARE AVAILABLE ON THE BUS?

The audioguide on board the bus is available in 8 languages: French – English – Spanish – Italian – German – Russian – Chinese – Japanese (free headphones)

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY BOOKING?

Our priority? To adapt to your expectations. You already want to plan your trip but don’t know when you’ll be able to travel?

Your ColorPass, which can only be purchased on our website www.colorbus.fr, is valid for 1 year from the date of booking. So you can book today and travel later.

Would you like to change your booking date? Simply contact us at sales@colorbus.fr and we will automatically change your ColorPass to your new date.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

Payment methods may vary depending on the point of sale:

  • On our website: you can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) but also with Bancontact and Alipay.
  • At our reception desk: we accept cash, holiday vouchers or credit cards. Cheques are not accepted.
  • On board our buses: only cash and holiday vouchers are accepted

You have booked your tickets on our website www.colorbus.fr, but you have not yet received them?

You should have received a confirmation e-mail at the e-mail address you provided when you booked the tickets. If you have not yet received it, please check your spam folder first.
